An hour of lost production is expensive and it is rarely just the hour. Our emergency line is answered by our own staff, so the first thing that happens is a conversation with someone who knows the equipment. Plenty of faults get sorted on that call. Where they do not, we coordinate an engineer.
The service is open to customers we already look after and to sites we have never been to, subject to a few account checks. We carry breakdown parts in stock, so a fix does not usually wait on a delivery.

A plan is really about timing. Service at the right interval, with the right parts, and the machine holds its efficiency and stops surprising you. We build the schedule around how your plant actually runs rather than a generic calendar, then we track it so you are not the one remembering.
Plans take in scheduled maintenance, planned diagnostics and predictive analytics, with genuine OEM parts wherever they are available. Service history is logged on our system, which is useful at audit time and useful again the day someone asks why a machine keeps doing the same thing.
Cover extends to compressors and vacuum equipment we did not supply, so a mixed plant room can still sit under one contract.

We hold one of the largest stocks of breakdown and service parts for compressors on the island of Ireland, covering all the major makes. If it is on the shelf it can go out the same day or the next.
When it is something less common, our partner supply network usually turns it around in 24 to 48 hours. Send a photo of the nameplate and the part number if you have it, and we will identify it from there.
There is a longer conversation worth having too. Our team will go through your plant and work out which spares are worth holding on site, so the next failure costs you an hour rather than a day.

Air Audits & Energy
Compressed air is one of the more expensive utilities on a site and one of the least measured. An audit puts numbers on it. We log data on your system over a measured period, then set actual demand against what the plant is producing and where it is going.
The survey is carried out in accordance with ISO 11011. What comes back is a picture of your system with the efficiency opportunities identified, whether that turns out to be leakage, pressure set higher than the process needs, control strategy, or a machine sized for a factory you no longer run.
Our process temperature control specialists do the same on cooling equipment, assessing real cooling requirement against system performance before recommending anything.
